Educational Leadership Philosophy
My educational philosophy is rooted in my personal educational experiences, educational
courses and trainings, and my experiences in practical application in the classroom.

how to be successful with their interactions in the world as they develop and mature
physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Students of the 21st century will need to
interact with technology, work in diverse group settings and situations, be able to
communicate effectively and problem solve as they continue their paths as globally minded
citizens, and to be successful in these endeavors they require dedicated and engaged teachers

My Role
As an educational leader I believe I have a moral obligation to help individuals reach their
fullest potential. My role as an educator and leader is to provide a physically and emotionally
safe educational environment that allows for risk taking, demonstrating and developing
creativity, and sharing understandings and ideas within the learning community. In this
environment, I am a guide, a support, a helper, and leader for teachers to authentically and
passionately deliver curriculum content and act as pastoral supports for their students.
Communication
I believe communication and interaction between families and the school is a key component
in the education process. Parents are a child
