Rhonda Fletcher-Leonetti – L E O N E T T I

Rhonda has dedicated her career to elevating individual, leader and team performance through the creation and deployment of innovative, best-in-class talent development, diversity, equity and inclusion and culture programs that have consistently improved performance and business outcomes.

She has had an exciting and enriching career which began with HP in Vancouver, Washington in 1991. In 2001 her company relocated her to Germany and in 2006 she moved with her family to Italy. She has successfully grown and navigated through many diverse roles including Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing Management, Compliance & Communications. In the early years of her European career, Rhonda was part of EMEA Strategy & Planning organizations responsible for Training & Development focusing on Employee, Leadership and Career Development.

She officially joined Human Resources in March of 2013 as part of a worldwide Culture and Engagement team where she was responsible for global Employee Engagement programs. Through November 2021, she was a Talent and Learning Architect, Master Facilitator and the Global Learning Lead for diversity, equity and inclusion as well as focusing on leadership development, bringing neuroscience, emotional intelligence and growth mindset to learning experiences and career development. Rhonda was invited to join a Swiss company in December of 2021 where she was the Global Talent & Learning Manager as well as the EMEA Learning and Development Manager. Deciding to return to her passion in August of 2022, she accepted a Leadership Experience Manager position returning home to HP. Today, she is the proud progam manager of HP’s Diverse Talent development.

Rhonda studied in London, England and has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Washington State University. She holds a Master’s degree in Education, from Moreland University and is a certified yoga instructor within the International Yoga Alliance.

Rhonda has American and Italian citizenship, and has resided in Germany, Italy and currently lives in Switzerland. She has been married to Joe (the love of her life) since 1988, who is an international school educator and holds a doctorate in Transformational Leadership and teaches at the International School of Zug and Luzern. They have two sons, Avalon, who is a Digital Art Director and lives in Portland, Oregon and Zaven, who is a Storyboard Artist for Nickelodeon’s SpongeBob Squarepants series and lives and works from Milan, Italy.

They are also the proud parents of three rescue cats, Babaloo, Fribble & Figalily and their most recent rescue family member, Lula Leonetti, a Golden labrador.
