Zaven came to Luzern to pet sit while we were mountain first aiding | 24-26 May 2024Swiss Mountain First Aid | Leysin, CH | 25-26 MY 2024Biznonna – lower corridor / Arched Hallway Update The original space was a bathroom and a kitchen. Yes, you had to walk through the kitchen to get to the only bathroom. This ginormous house but let’s stuff the bathroom and kitchen into this tiny cramped space. Joe busted out the bathroom wall that leads to the cantina/cucina. This will be a hallway from the study/foyer to the cantina/cucina and will have a small powder room (only bathroom on the ground floor). We pulled the plaster off, pointed the walls, beautiful accent tiles and new powder room coming soon. 16 May 2024My friend and business partner visited to do recon on our new venture Moxie. I am so excited about this project … Treks that Transform. We couldn’t get all the way up to the rifugi, which are closed until June, but we could get close and she could get a sense of the region and topography. My broken femur felt fabulous (ie NO pain)- so grateful for osetopathy.

Joe worked the entire time on the renovations and the villa is making SLOW progress. He did take a break to go on a walk to collect sticks for the garden and to beat me in croquet. I prepped the garden and started my flowers and tomatoes, refreshed the kale and spinach and started seed pods for fennel, cavolo verze, cucumbers and red onions. Chilis to be added. I’m trying permaculture and no dig 🤷🏻♀️ My previously untaken medical leave break, spent in the garden, painting, organizing, cleaning and trying to help Joe. He opened the pool and is obsessed with mowing the lawn.
